Provisional Transcript Request

This form is designed to provide Howard students a temporary opportunity to request that a provisional transcript be issued to third-party recipients seeking an official transcript issued directly by Howard University. Students are able to retrieve their enrollment verification, unofficial transcript, and their academic record directly from BisonHub. If these options do not satisfy the needs of the requestor, students can request that Howard issue a provisional transcript directly to the third-party. Students who wish to have an official transcript sent to a third-party once available must submit their request directly through the National Student Clearinghouse in addition to the provisional transcript request form.
