Graduating Senior Closed Course Request
This form is for graduating seniors who are unable to register for a course that is required for degree completion because the course is closed or has another registration restriction.
The Associate Dean should complete this form after reviewing the student’s academic record and confirming that the course is necessary for the student to graduate as scheduled. Please provide complete and accurate information so the request can be reviewed appropriately.
Submission of this form does not guarantee registration or an override. Requests will be reviewed by the Registrar’s Office based on the student’s circumstances, course availability, registration policies, and applicable capacity restrictions
